Very quick to take your money but very difficult to get action if anything goes wrong. The chipper I brought snapped a drive shaft after 10 hours work, as this is a major fault I asked for a refund on several occasions; a request which was ignored. Instead I got a replacement engine but it took 4 months to get here! My requests to have it put in by a professional were also ignore, so were my requests to have the cracks in the welds repaired - this is only after 10 hours work. This company does not play by the Consumers Guarantees Act - be careful!
