Would not use them ever, not because they cant fix TV's, I am sure they can, but their office manager Val is so arrogant and unhelpful that I wonder why they are still in business. Tried to give them a warranty repair but they prefer to make me do all the running around so I moved my repair to someone else who wants to stay in business.
