I had a transmission replaced. I was overcharged, failed to inform me of the additional expense and had to literally beg to find out what I am paying for. They couldn't even explain why the price of fluids had increased by 1.5 times. On collection of the car the steering wheel was crooked i.e didn’t point straight. When this was brought to Chris' attention he threw the biggest hissy fit a fully grown man could throw. He pulls me deeper into the workshop so bystanders wouldn't be able to witness the verbal abuse he dished out at me, an innocent teenager, which was so violent I left without any comments fearing for my safety. His true personality was seen today looking into his rage-filled bloodshot eyes. You have all been warned.
That said Natalie is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always cool, calm and collected maintaining a friendly / courteous and professional manner with prompt communication answering all questions to the best of her ability. And all the employees seem to be great friendly guys. It’s a real shame that this slob lets down his whole team.
