Most service providers believe in the phrase "The customer is always right". These guys certainly do not. Be careful what you ask for as they will invariably do the opposite and then charge you for it. When you question the approach, you will be met with a defensive and rude response where they will not listen to your concerns or try to remedy the issues.
Take your money and go elsewhere - there are more reliable operators who understand customer service
