Bought a Tonka TV dec 2013; R then TV emote were faulty.
An annoying waste of time for us, worsened by the offhand sour person taking the information for repair. My husband returned the remote yesterday and told me how unpleasant the staff member was. I returned the TV the following day and to my misfortune had the same offhand sour representative take the details..all of which were supplied the day before. I wanted to purchase a GPS. This Dick Smith person TOLD me to stay at the counter. When after patiently waiting for some time, I wandered to the rear of the shop to look for a GPS to purchase, the woman yelled at me from the front of the shop to return to the counter!! All to get the same contact details as supplied the day before! As I left she called out did I want to now want to look at GPS, I said no I shall go and purchase one at Harvey Norman, she shrugged and walked off!!!!!!! That's it!!! What a foul experience! I went to two other shops in the area and had fabulous, smiling and helpful assistance...what a HUGE contrast ...We will NOT deal with Dick Smith again!
