Your Office Hero is fully trained in commonly used accounting systems as well as in office administration procedures. He is not primarily seeking to provide an accounting service - instead he has been trained in all aspects of administration, bookkeeping and accounts, which will include conferring with your accountant as and when required. This ensures most of your work is done more cost effectively in-house, allowing you to use your accountant for specialized and valued added functions.
Ultimately his task is to come to your office and/or work with you by common remote access, complete all the time-consuming paperwork and compliance issues such as PAYE and GST, together with any other administrative functions you want to hand over, leaving you free to get on with your business. Payroll today is especially complex and time consuming and he can easily process this in a timely and proficient manner.

If you do not have in-house MYOB/Xero specialists he will look after your clients as if he was a member of your team.
