My name is Wendy Matthews and I practice as a Counsellor & Self Awareness Facilitator in Auckland. My counselling practise focuses on helping people use life events such as depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional unease, crises, illness, bereavement, birth, separation, or even a sense of having no purpose, to find a greater connection to themselves, their body, their physical and mental health and their sense of personal meaning. I offer Breathwork, Mindfulness Practices along with conventional talk therapy as tools to aid clients through counselling.
