Gluten free, low in gluten, nut free and dairy free cakes are available. VANIYE Patisserie is a family business founded by head-chef Sonia Haumonte who has been trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked 7 years in renowned establishments from small boutique patisserie to prestigious Michelin starred restaurants and Palace Hotel in Paris. We have been awarded best French Patisserie / Bakery in New Zealand by the French New Zealand Chamber of commerce.
