If only zero stars was an option! Absolutely shocking service. The amount of unprofessionalism is astounding.
We were moving out of a small house, and so got our carpets cleaned by this business. However, we were informed by our property manager that they hadn't ventilated the house properly, because there was mold growing on the carpets! They had to get in another cleaner to finish up the job done by the first! And of course, the money was coming out of our wallet.
I attempted to contact Sun Carpet Cleaning by both text and email, which was how I'd arranged the job in the past, but got no response for several days. Eventually, I left them a negative review on a couple of sites and FINALLY they got back to me and even offered a refund, on the one condition I deleted my negative review. I agreed, they refunded me and we went about our business. Bug now I am back again to share my horrendous experience with them. So be aware, potential customer, that they will hold your refund hostage so that the truth is obscured! They are the cheapest around for a reason. Be wary!
