Therapy is a process and at some point we all those moments in life where it can lighten a load to have someone else who listens and helps to take steps forward. There is no limit to age, gender, or what has happened in the past. Many who enter therapy are mums, dads, uncles, aunties, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, grandmas, grandpas, cousins and in laws.
Often the initial contact can be very tense, awkward, nervous and feel totally out of place, but it is just the first step, and sometimes that first step can be all that is needed.
