Meth Testing New Zealand offers a cost-effective, fast and trustworthy meth sampling service. Not only does the service provide the technical expertise to assess and report on meth contamination we also hold the knowledge to provide trusted advice on the implication of the results and will guide clients through the process from start to finish.
Managing Director, Nathaniel Hamilton, is a specialist in property management and Residential Tenancy Act consultancy.
In the past twelve months Meth Testing New Zealand has overseen more than 3500 meth tests and been involved in multiple Tenancy Tribunal cases as an expert witness.
Our services include:
- Base testing, ideal for between tenancies or pre-purchase testing
- Lab composite testing, ideal for when you have a suspicion of meth contamination
- In-depth testing, used when contamination is found or you know there is contamination
We conduct lab-based testing with all results reported within two working days of the samples reaching Analytica Laboratories. You will receive a full report of the property, including photographs, to accompany the laboratory analysis and a letter to explain the results.
