Outstanding Service! I couldn't recommend this company enough!
I purchased an ex-hire treadmill from LA Fitness for a treadmill desk about a month ago. The guys were very friendly and even offered me free delivery because I didn't live very far away.
Not long after purchasing the treadmill, I ran into a problem with the motor becoming too hot, because I was using it in a confined space with poor air flow. And also I was walking on it at just 1kph for over 4 hours, so it probably had to work extra hard seeing as it was only 1.5 horsepower.
I reported the problem LA Fitness and they promptly picked it up and took it away to get repaired. They also advised me on how to improve the air flow in my office.
Then a few days later I got a call from them saying they were going to upgrade me to the next model for free and that this next model had more horsepower for handling very low speeds for long periods of time. I was absolutely stoked!
