I am a self-employed Consultant. The consultancy business has numerous clients to whom we provide a range of services including (i) Commercial Property advising tenants and property owners; and (ii) business advising with an emphasis on business acquisitions.
We provide Due Diligence services for both property and businesses – this includes preparation for disposals and acquisitions. Our consultancy services include a range of advisory and reporting processes and procedures to businesses considering succession matters; preparation for sale and similar matters; expansion and other matters all designed to have our client get the best out of what they have.
We have significant databases relating to commercial property in New Zealand that we use extensively in our day to day work. We subscribe to property and other databases as well as having a very good knowledge many businesses in a range of sectors. We know how to find things and have been instrumental in using our data gathering systems to seek and locate information. We have associations with other parties and generally "know where to go to get the information or services sought by a commercial/business user”.
We have skills and expertise in many areas including taxation (we have a tax agency business); company law matters and are very capable of applying common sense and logic to issues encountered.
