Our Waiheke Physio, Pilates and Infrared Sauna clinic is run by our passionate Physio and Pilates team. We welcome you to not only fix an injury holistically, but to unwind mentally, educate yourself, challenge yourself, and feel a sense of belonging to a tribe determined to better themselves. Our sessions are far longer than your normal consultation times to get lasting results and reduce the amount of visits you need. Our Physio team can help with back pain relief, foot and ankle issues, sports injuries, knee pain and hip or pelvic pain plus much more. Alongside the Pilates reformers, we have a range of different equipment giving you a full Pilates experience. Or treat yourself to a private infrared sauna for up to 4 people!
