We specialize in traditional English exterior stucco solid plaster systems.This is a tried and proven cavity system and has a NZ.Branz certificate.System includes fixing galvanised steel mesh,metal angle beads and construction movement joints over monotek cavity cladding.Then multi solid plaster render coatings are applied 18mm thick modified with fibreglass chopped strand for adding extra strength.We can also apply this solid plaster stucco system over brick and block cavity walls.Non cavity claddings need to be removed and new cavity monotek wall claddings fixed prior to applying new solid plaster stucco.You can choose from a variety of plaster finish coats and textures.Resene exterior paint systems are recommended over new solid plaster stucco.Apply a waterproof paint membrane using Resene 1st coat limelock and topcoat 2 coats X200.Stucco has a high fire rating.
