Quality Marketing | You’ll experience lower vacancies and a larger pool of applicants when you list with us. Our marketing package includes video tours, professional photography, and floor plans to present your property in the best light whether in person or on a virtual tour.
Meticulous Tenancy Selection | We've perfected our tenancy selection process over the past decade, to the point where we have very few tenancy issues cropping up. Over the past seven years across a portfolio of 100+ properties we have had less than ten Tribunal hearings for tenants we've vetted and placed.
Four Week's Extra Bond for Owners | We're so confident in our tenancy selection, we can offer a comprehensive protection scheme equivalent to four weeks rent covering unexpected tenant debts if a tenant we've selected is found liable in Tenancy Tribunal. This could cover debts such as rent arrears, careless damage, intentional damage, general cleaning, etc.
Qualified and Experienced with Personal Service | Your property will be managed by a hands-on and experienced owner-operator with over a decade of experience in property management. We're qualified with the NZQA Certificate in Property Management Level 4.
